I managed to click Calculate twice as my turn was starting before all the equipment was on the screen, and the two dice didn't count toward Short Circuit's "Roll any 4 dice to active" counter. Not a biggie, and I should have been more patient, but something to be aware of!

Some characters struggle a bit in the beginning with bad rolls but there are plenty of tools to manipulate your dice rolls and there are skills that work with both high and low rolls.
